Ravi Manoharan is an entrepreneur. He spent 17 years with the Toronto Police as a Detective where he specialized in Digital Forensics, Software Development and Software Product Management. He holds a Masters degree in Security & Risk Management and numerous qualifications in Digital Forensics and Information Technology. He has retired from his career in policing and now manages several businesses both within Canada and the United States.

A senior executive with over 22 years of experience in the public and private sector. Ravi provides strategic vision and directions to large teams in the Transportation Infrastructure space, Engineering, and Software Development. He has planned and executed major infrastructure projects across Canada, United States and the Caribbean.
Victor Emmanuel

Victor is a seasoned entrepreneur and freelance artist with over 20 years of experience creating commissioned pieces for clients. He has traveled extensively around the world, collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and walks of life, which has helped him hone his excellent communication and networking skills. Over the years, Victor has developed strong problem-solving and collaborative abilities, making him a skilled consultant in the private and public sectors.
Thipan Arulampalam
Director of Sales
Thipan has extensive background in real estate and mortgage financing. He has worked with all major lenders in acquiring the best monetary solutions for present and future assets. He has developed immense relationships and has access to all types of lenders depending on the situation and needs of each specific client. Thipan is a firm believer that partnerships and collaboration is the key to success, and with that manner he strives to continually achieve success with everyone he works with.
Arkadiusz Opara

With over 20 years of Information Technology experience, Arkadiusz is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in leading large and small corporate projects. He brings extensive knowledge of the best security standards and development practices. Arkadiusz holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Electronics Technology, and is co-founder of Silverback Services.
